Shareholders Advisory Circle
American Perspective Bank maintains a Shareholders Advisory Circle (“SAC”). The SAC is comprised of shareholders of the bank that have agreed to make themselves available as an additional external resource to the bank beyond the Board of Directors. The bank seeks the input of the SAC members on a wide variety of topics, from geographic or industry market opportunities to new product development to shareholder communications. Many of the SAC members also serve as informal ambassadors for the bank, sharing their positive experiences with prospective new customers. The bank supports the SAC by providing education and training resources and access to financial markets information. The SAC meets quarterly at the bank’s facility.
